What does a session look like?

You will learn centering techniques to regulate your nervous system when it has been hijacked and you find yourself in a state of dysregulation. To build the capacity to return faster and more frequently to your best self, you will integrate knowledge of neuroscientific, biobehavioral, inner compassion and mindfulness practices. You will come away with greater resiliency and tools to be a mindful leader at home, at work, and in your community At the end of a session, you will leave with insights and practical tools to help create lasting personal growth and change.
